Ponteland, Northumberland £92.63 – £110.18 per day (PAYE) Full-Time | Immediate Start The Role As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will: Support students across KS3 and KS4 with behaviour and engagement Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who need additional support Help manage behaviour in a calm, consistent, and positive way Support students with SEMH needs, including emotional regulation De-escalate situations and help students refocus on learning Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to implement strategies You’ll play a key role in helping students feel supported and ready to learn.
