We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join a global financial services organisation. This role focusses on delivering actionable insights and high-quality reporting to supportmercial decision-making. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to analyse data, build dashboards, and enhance business intelligence capabilities across multiple regions.
Your new role
1. Data Management: Maintain accurate and timely management information (MI) to support business goals. Ensure data integrity across all reporting outputs.
2. Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs such as net flows, assets under management (AUM), and client activity. Identify trends and anomalies, providing insights to regional teams for planning.
3. Reporting & Dashboards: Design and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI. Automate recurring reports and improve usability for stakeholders.
4. Systems & Tools: Collaborate with technology partners to optimise platforms and identify enhancements that reduce manual processes.
5. Collaboration: Work with teams across Sales, Finance, and Technology to align data needs and present insights clearly.
6. Training: Deliver training sessions to improve data literacy and effective use of BI tools.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Experience within financial services
8. Strong analytical skills and high numeracy
9. Advanced Excel and experience with data visualisation tools (, Power BI)
10. Familiarity with CRM systems (, Salesforce) and SQL
11. Good understanding and usage of AI (Co-Pilot) to streamline tasks
12. Excellentmunication and stakeholder management skills
13. Knowledge of regulatory requirements within financial services
14. Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively
