Salary: £33,000 £35,000 per annum

Pin Point Recruitment is working with a leading print and production business to recruit a Print Production Controller. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced print professional to join a growing team, supporting the Production Manager and Team Leader in ensuring projects are delivered on time, in full, and to the highest standard.
You will take responsibility for managing jobs from start to finish, liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to make sure every project runs smoothly.
Print Production Controller Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the end-to-end production process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy at every stage.
2. Work closely with the Account Management team to fully understand briefs and client requirements.
3. Monitor current jobs, minimising costs, reducing waste, and improving lead times.
4. Deliver all projects correctly, on time, and to the agreed quality standards.
5. Escalate and resolve any issues quickly, providing effective solutions.
6. Maintain strong communication with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
7. Oversee and manage outsourced permanent POS production.
