The Role
This is an exciting time of growth for us, and we are hiring a Change Manager to help us continue this success. The role is pivotal in ensuring the success of strategic office relocation project and smooth transition for employees
Reporting to the Chief People and Sustainability Office, you’ll develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy and plan for the office move that supports business continuity and employee wellbeing.
You will:
* Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage communications to ensure alignment and engagement
* Lead impact assessments and readiness evaluations
* Design and deliver change interventions such as training, workshops and support materials
* Collaborate with key stakeholders such as project managers, facilities, IT, HR and leadership to ensure a coordinated delivery
* Monitor adoption and address resistance through targeted engagement strategies
* Track and report on change progress, risks and mitigation plans
Who we are looking for

We’re keen to speak to you if you have proven experience in leading change management for office relocations or similar transformation projects.
To be successful as our Change Manager you
* Are familiar with change management methodologies such as ADKAR and Prosci
* Have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast paced, dynamic environment
* Are experienced in leading high visibility projects to tight deadlines
* Have excellent coaching and facilitation skills
* Certifications in change management or project manager are desirable as is experience in facilities or workplace strategy.
