About the Role A privately owned building services provider is seeking a skilled and reliable M&E Engineer to take full responsibility for a single-man commercial office site. This role involves overseeing all landlord services and ensuring the smooth operation of building systems. The company has over 25 years of success in the FM industry, with recent contract wins reflecting their continued growth and strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across mechanical and electrical systems.
Maintain and service building plant such as air handling units (AHUs), pumps, generators, LTHW systems, and cold-water storage tanks.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and building regulations.
Manage site-based documentation and logbooks.
Liaise with subcontractors and support service delivery as needed.
Take a proactive approach to fault finding and resolution.
Requirements Recognised qualification in either electrical or mechanical engineering (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent)
Experience working independently within a building services environment
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage site responsibilities effectively
