Person Specification
7. Have a degree or relevant qualification in education or related field
8. Experience working with children in an educational setting (voluntary or paid)
9. Strong classroom management skills
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
11. Be passionate about education and child development
12. Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one with Connex
