As part of a large programme of work, we are seeking a Claims & Compliance Support Officer to help ease workload pressures and support the timely processing of delivery claims and documentation. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and experience supporting compliance or project‑based activity. Key Responsibilities Review and check funding and delivery claims submitted by external delivery providers. Examine delivery paperwork and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Identify and request clarifications, amendments, or missing details needed for output and outcome‑based claims. Work methodically through detailed requirements to ensure correct processing of claims and compliance checks. Support the preparation and formatting of documents for inclusion in project reports, including Excel and Word files. Build effective working relationships with unfamiliar departments or organisations, promoting collaborative ways of working.
