Want to be part of the demand generation revolution?
At Leadscale, we don't just talk about growth, we engineer it. Our global demand centre solutions empower businesses to harness personal data, unlock opportunities earlier, build stronger, higher-quality pipelines and drive revenue at scale.
If you are technically strong, commercially sharp and hungry for real responsibility, this is your chance to step into a small, growing business where your decisions drive performance and your impact is visible from day one.
About Leadscale Labs
Leadscale Labs is a technology-enabled publisher with proprietary products and deep expertise in performance marketing. We operate our own digital properties and structured acquisition journeys, generating high-quality customer and prospect data across multiple markets.
We acquire and optimise traffic into our own environments, controlling the full acquisition lifecycle from source through to data capture and downstream value.
Our model integrates three core capabilities:
Publishing: We operate and optimise our own domains and capture journeys to generate compliant, high-quality registration data.
Traffic Acquisition: We deploy a multi-channel approach across search, display, social, affiliate and email to scale performance-driven traffic into our properties.
Technology: Our proprietary Engine technology underpins how we capture, manage and enhance data value, supporting scalable and performance-led growth.
By integrating publishing, acquisition and technology, we maximise lead quality, efficiency and commercial return.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Paid Media Specialist to take ownership of high-volume, search-led traffic acquisition across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Display, with Meta involvement where applicable.
You will manage and optimise performance across 100+ live campaigns driving traffic into Labs' owned digital properties. This is a hands-on role requiring daily in-platform optimisation, rigorous performance monitoring and confident budget allocation decisions.
Beyond execution, you will play a central role in shaping and strengthening our acquisition architecture. You will refine campaign structures, elevate optimisation standards, enhance automation frameworks and design structured experimentation to improve scalability, efficiency and downstream lead quality.
This role demands independence, commercial judgement and the confidence to take ownership for performance outcomes in a fast-growing business where your decisions have visible impact.
Your responsibilities will include:
Taking operational ownership of acquisition performance across 100+ live Paid Search and Display campaigns driving traffic into Labs' owned digital properties.
Monitoring campaign performance daily, reviewing core KPIs, identifying fluctuations or inefficiencies early, and implementing corrective action to maintain delivery against agreed CPL, efficiency and lead quality targets.
Executing hands-on optimisation across bids, budgets, placements, keywords, creatives, extensions and targeting.
Owning budget allocation decisions across campaigns, dynamically reallocating spend to maximise acquisition efficiency, lead quality and overall data value.
Creating and structuring new Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns aligned to scalable acquisition architecture.
Editing and testing ad creatives to improve CTR, CVR and overall performance.
Expanding campaign reach through keyword research, search term mining and structured experimentation.
Conducting detailed Auction Insights and competitor analysis to inform bidding strategy and positioning.
Designing, shaping and evolving acquisition architecture across Search and Display, including campaign structures, keyword frameworks and scaling methodologies.
Designing and executing structured experimentation plans, including controlled testing roadmaps across targeting, bidding and creative variables.
Building, monitoring and enhancing automated rules and AI-driven optimisation systems to manage performance at scale.
Managing bulk creative deployment and multi-variant testing across Display environments.
Researching, testing and scaling new acquisition channels where commercially viable.
Analysing performance data in depth, validating tracking accuracy and ensuring optimisation decisions reflect both acquisition efficiency and downstream lead quality performance.
Collaborating with engineering to enhance campaign-level reporting and improve dashboard visibility across spend, ROI and quality metrics.
Ensuring all paid activity complies with platform policies and relevant data protection standards.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
Demonstrable ownership mindset, taking responsibility for performance outcomes and proactively identifying improvements without requiring supervision.
Proven hands-on experience managing high-volume PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Demonstrable experience independently owning optimisation decisions at scale.
Strong understanding of PPC metrics, bidding strategies, auction dynamics and scalable account structure.
Experience managing and dynamically reallocating budgets based on performance and efficiency targets.
Proven experience designing and executing structured A/B testing and continuous optimisation.
Ability to manage performance across a large portfolio of campaigns simultaneously.
Experience working with automation tools, smart bidding strategies or rule-based optimisation.
Strong analytical skills with confidence interpreting performance data using Excel or Google Sheets and GA4 or equivalent analytics tools.
Strong attention to detail within high-volume campaign environments.
Clear communicator, able to articulate optimisation rationale and performance impact.
Right to work in the UK at the commencement of employment. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
Desirable
Experience designing and evolving acquisition architecture within performance-led environments.
Experience operating within a lead generation, publisher or owned-properties model.
Proven ability to implement and refine automation frameworks, including scripts, advanced rules or AI-driven optimisation systems.
Experience optimising toward downstream lead quality or data value metrics, not solely front-end CPL.
Experience collaborating with engineering or technical teams to enhance reporting infrastructure and data visibility.
Google Ads and/or Microsoft Advertising certifications, or other relevant qualifications in performance marketing, analytics or paid media automation.
As a member of our team, you will benefit from:
