• Have experience in coaching, leadership, education, or consulting (formal or informal)
• Are comfortable working independently in a remote-based setup
• Value personal growth and enjoy supporting others
• Communicate clearly and confidently in English
• Are familiar with Zoom and social media platforms
• Appreciate structure, consistency, and integrity
