Your Key Responsibilities:
* Act as an ambassador for JFL Solutions by efficiently collecting and delivering customers' mail and parcels.
* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements at all times.
* Safely and securely collect and deliver goods in line with customer expectations.
* Complete relevant paperwork accurately via our online app.
* Maintain cleanliness and security of vehicles and assets.
* Complete tachograph charts in accordance with legislation.
* Provide excellent customer service with a professional demeanor.
* Drive company vehicles safely and in compliance with current legislation.
* Report any accidents, breakdowns, or emergencies as per policy.
* Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environment policies.
What We're Looking For:
We welcome applications from candidates with the following skills and attributes:
* Current and clean appropriate class of driving licence (HGV/Class C/Class C+E)
* Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) with no current suspension or revocation
* Strong communication skills for effective collaboration
* Ability to manage your own work to meet deadlines
* A positive, proactive approach with a clear customer focus
* A team player with a "can-do" attitude
* No more than six penalty points (no DD, DR, or IN endorsements)
* Hold a Digital Tachograph/Smart Card
* Right to work in the UK
* Willingness to undergo a Background Check (BGC) and Drug and Alcohol (D&A) test
