Hours: Full Time 37 hours per week
Location: Service Headquarters, Salisbury.

As a Programmes and Performance Coordinator in our Service Improvement department you will:
1. Effectively provide a support framework for the department programmes and wider service projects
2. Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure engagement to maximise efficiency and effectiveness
3. Maintain and develop business case management within the principles of good governance and in line with principles of PRM13
4. Analyse and evaluate complex data to provide performance data and management information as required to support performance reporting
What makes you our ideal Programmes and Performance Coordinator?
5. Knowledge and relevant working experience in programme and project management at this level, working with managers across all levels of the organisation to influence continuous improvement
6. Experience of using Microsoft products and systems such as MS365, SharePoint and Power platforms
7. Sound knowledge of good governance with regards to data and information management
8. Experience of analysing complex data to develop reports and recommendations for subsequent managerial action
