Quality Assurance Administrator Department: Operations Employment Type: Full-Time Location: UK-wide (Hybrid) Salary: Band A About the Role We’re looking for an organised and quality-driven Quality Assurance Administrator to join our growing operations team. This hands-on role ensures the accurate and timely review of client meeting outputs and supports smooth workflow between our Quality Assurance and Paraplanning teams. You’ll help manage document accuracy, escalate issues where needed, and play a key role in refining our systems and internal processes. Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance Support Review all file outputs from client meetings using software tools Identify and flag incomplete cases to Planners for follow-up Escalate errors or omissions to management and assist in resolution Manage workflow via client databases to ensure timely case progression Collate and maintain management reports to track QA activity Process Improvement Support software configuration to enhance quality of outputs Assist in evolving and improving internal QA workflows Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to embed best practice Additional Duties Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager What We’re Looking For: Experience & Knowledge Previous experience in administration, quality assurance, or a support role within financial services Working knowledge of client databases and workflow systems is advantageous Understanding of financial planning documentation and standards preferred Skills & Attributes Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and issue resolution skills Able to manage multiple case files and follow consistent QA routines Confident working independently and collaboratively Positive, proactive, and eager to contribute to continuous improvement What’s In It For You? 28 days holiday plus bank holidays Flexible hybrid working arrangement Early 2:15pm finish every Friday Additional day off for your birthday Income protection cover for up to 5 years MediCash benefits including 24/7 GP access and retail discounts 4x salary death-in-service cover 5% employer-matched pension contributions Access to the Radiant Academy for career growth and development Competitive bonus scheme
