About you
Here’s what you’ll need to get an interview:
* Experience managing significant construction programmes — you’ve led the delivery, not just supported it.
* A solid understanding of programme planning and sequencing — you're confident building and adjusting the schedule.
* The ability to manage change across multiple stakeholders.
* Working knowledge of contracts like JCT.
* Some exposure to Healthcare, Blue Light or Pharmaceutical sectors — even a small project helps.
