PCB Designer – Altium Expert (Contract)

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced PCB Designer to join our engineering team. You’ll be working on complex RF and high-speed digital boards, collaborating closely with design engineers to deliver innovative solutions for mission-critical projects.
What You’ll Do
* PCB layout, component placement, and routing for RF and high-speed digital boards.
* Electronic schematic capture and component library creation.
* Design for manufacturability and testability.
* Prepare manufacturing data and documentation.
* Ensure compliance with Roke PCB CAD guidelines and IPC standards (up to Class 3).
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years of PCB CAD design experience using Altium Designer.
* Expertise in:
* Multi-layer PCB design (through holes, blind vias, microvias).
* RF and high-speed digital boards (including mmWave).
* Balanced high-speed trace design (impedance, capacitance, spacing).
* Power trace verification and copper distribution.
* Strong knowledge of IPC standards: IPC-A-600, IPC-6012, IPC-A-610, IPC-2221.
* Ability to support material selection and stack-up definition.
* SC Clearance (or ability to obtain).
