This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a varied client portfolio, leading a team, and contributing to the ongoing success of a dynamic and growing firm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a portfolio of clients across various sectors
* Reviewing statutory accounts and providing high-level technical support
* Leading and mentoring a team of junior staff
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting senior management with business development activities
* Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and regulatory standards
Skills & Experience:
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
* At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
* Strong technical knowledge and up-to-date understanding of accounting standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
