About the Role:
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing team based in Market Rasen. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for stable, long-term work with the potential for career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating machinery and equipment on the production line
Assembling, packing, and labelling products accurately
Carrying out quality checks to ensure high production standards
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following company procedures and health & safety regulations
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a production, factory or warehouse environment (preferred, not essential)
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
Punctual, reliable, and hardworking
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts if required
Weekly pay
On-site parking
Opportunity for permanent roles after successful probation
Full training provided
