About the role…Working with the Marketing and Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in communicating with Leo Workwear’s customers (and potential customers), bringing to life concepts and ideas from around the business to produce high-end, engaging visual and written content.The role will include, but is not limited to, the following:Designing and composing digital content such as email marketing campaigns, web and social media content.Design of print and digital documents such as leaflets, brochures, product data sheetsLiaising with customers to provide them with relevant digital assets.Work with the Marketing & Development Manager to write engaging written content.Manage our photography and liaise with photographic studios to obtain new photographyCarrying out market research to assist multiple departments.Track and report on the effectiveness/success of marketing activity.Assist in the coordination of events, whether internal events (such as company beach cleans) or external event such as trade exhibitions.Support our Design Executive with garment visuals when required. You will…Be a marketing or graphic design graduate (or similar) or be able to demonstrate your experience in a relevant role.Have a creative mind, confident in designing content with Adobe Creative Cloud, (particularly Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) as well as possessing excellent written communication skills.Have an excellent attention to detail.Possess the ability to organise workloads, delivering work from different departments to varying timescales.Be happy working as part of a small team that takes briefs from across the businessHave an enthusiastic attitude and friendly personality.Be proactive and able to take initiative to advance the work of the Marketing department during particularly busy periods.
