Senior Estimator | Social Housing Planned & Reactive Maintenance | Up to £100,000 + Package
If you’ve priced social housing work, you already know… this isn’t “standard estimating.”
This is NHF Schedule of Rates, live environments, resident constraints, programme pressure and margins that are made or lost in the detail.
We’re working with a contractor delivering large-scale planned maintenance and reactive works across social housing frameworks. They’re looking for a Senior Estimator who understands how this work actually operates, not someone coming from new build or one-off projects.
What you’ll be doing:
* Pricing planned maintenance and reactive works across live social housing environments
* Working heavily with NHF SOR / bespoke schedules of rates
* Building tenders that factor in access, phasing, resident liaison and programme constraints
* Identifying risk, opportunity and margin improvement across frameworks
* Working closely with ops teams to ensure what’s priced can actually be delivered
What they’re looking for:
* Strong background in social housing planned maintenance / reactive works
* Experience working on frameworks and schedule of rates pricing
* Commercially aware – understands how to protect and improve margin
* Able to take ownership of tenders and work without hand-holding
