Role Overview OCU Group are looking for a highly organised and proactive Contract Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our office. As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, managing records and providing general support to colleagues across the business. This is a vital position for maintaining day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy, organisation, and excellent communication at all times. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Be Doing: Preparing and creating job packs for our engineering teams Supporting the management system – including job tracking, updates, and general data entry Handling incoming calls from engineers and providing timely support and direction General administrative duties to keep the office and team running efficiently What We’re Looking For: Strong organisational and time management skills Confident communicator, both over the phone and in writing Comfortable using management or scheduling systems (training provided) A team player with a proactive attitude Previous admin experience Company Information: OCU leads the way in end-to-end infrastructure engineering in the utilities, digital, and energy markets, specialising in safely and efficiently delivering complex client requirements.
