We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Manager or Kitchen Team Leader ready to advance their career. In this leadership role, you will oversee kitchen operations, uphold high standards, and support the development of the kitchen team at Sandeman.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting, coaching, and mentoring your team
* Maintaining high standards of food knowledge and skills
* Ensuring up-to-date COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and legal compliance
* Hiring and onboarding new team members inclusively
* Leading and developing your kitchen team with ongoing training
* Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
* Managing staffing schedules to meet labour targets
* Conducting stock checks for cost management and performance
* Fostering relationships between kitchen and front-of-house to drive sales
