How you'll make an impact
This is a true job-share role - not simply a part-time handover. You'll work closely with your job-share partner to own the full Finance Manager remit and ensure seamless continuity across your working days.
Lead on month-end reporting including journals, reconciliations, and prepayments.
Prepare and analyse management accounts with clear commentary for senior leadership.
Support internal controls, systems improvements and transformation activity.
Communicate closely with your job-share partner to ensure alignment and continuity.
Act as a point of contact for finance-related queries, partnering with operations and head office finance.
Confidently lead and develop others, able to oversee team deliverables, support junior staff, and foster a collaborative, accountable working environment.

ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or equivalent
Experienced in management accounting and month-end processes
Organised, dependable, and confident owning your time and outputs
Strong communicator with a proactive approach to handovers and joint working
Able to work from the South Gloucestershire office, 2.5 days per week
Proven ability to lead and develop team members, ideally with experience in managing a small finance team or mentoring junior staff through complex reporting and month-end responsibilities.
