At wed2b, our Senior Bridal Sales Consultants combine strong sales performance with a supportive, customer-focused approach. In this role, you’ll not only achieve your own targets but also help guide and develop the wider team to deliver consistent results.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering strong personal sales performance
* Support, coach, and motivate Bridal Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets and KPIs
* Create a welcoming and professional environment for every bride and their guests
* Build rapport quickly and understand each bride’s style, needs, and budget
* Select and style wedding dresses and accessories with confidence and care
* Provide guidance and share best practice to help improve overall team performance
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in retail sales, ideally in a premium or customer-focused environment
* A strong track record of achieving individual sales targets
* Confidence in supporting or mentoring others within a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A customer-first mindset, with the ability to balance empathy and commercial focus
* Interest in fashion, styling, or personal presentation
* Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays
* £13.06 per hour + uncapped commission
