Head Chef - Up to £42,000 + Tips | 45 hrs per week
Blue Arrow is acting on behalf of our client to recruit an experienced and creative Head Chef for a high-quality, recently refurbished 4-star hotel with restaurant, bar, meeting, and events operations.
What You'll Do
* Lead the kitchen and maintain exceptional food quality across all outlets
* Create seasonal menus within GP targets
* Manage stock, costs, and labour budgets
* Train, develop, and motivate a strong kitchen team
* Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, H&S, and company standards
* Work closely with senior management to maximise profitability
What We're Looking For
* Experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous in a 4-star or high-volume operation
* Creative, passionate, and confident in delivering modern, high-quality dishes
* Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
