Salary: Ranges from £45,100 to £49,000
Key Duties will Include:
As an Advanced Practitioner, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering a first-class service to children and young people in Gloucestershire. Our client adopts a systematic social work practice, taking a relational approach to working with families.
* Managing a small, protected case load of up to 8 children and young people.
* Ability to deal with complex cases and supervise the development of Trainee and Newly Qualified Social Workers.
* Promoting quality control and improvement activities within the team.
About You:
* Demonstrate experience within safeguarding and assessment at a Senior Social Worker level.
* Qualified Social Worker and registered with Social Work England (SWE).
* Valid driving license.
* Up to date knowledge of legislative framework and evidence-based best practice initiatives.
* Practice Educator Qualification (or working towards).
