We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual with experience in sales and customer service to join our team. This role combines administrative tasks with sales support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and an excellent experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting and assisting customers with professionalism and empathy.
* Handling telephone and email enquiries, providing accurate information on products and services.
* Supporting the sales process, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining records.
* Carrying out general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
* Liaising with clients and suppliers to coordinate orders and deliveries.
* Maintaining a welcoming and organised office environment.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in sales and customer service.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism.
