You’ll deploy, manage, and enhance cutting-edge security platforms and tools across both client environments and our internal operations. Your work will directly contribute to protecting sensitive data, mitigating threats, and safeguarding systems, networks, and users. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including cybersecurity, IT, engineering, architecture, and analytics to integrate and manage security technologies. Compliance with UK regulations (GDPR, NCSC Guidelines), industry standards (ISO27001, CISSP), and contractual obligations will be central to your role. Reporting to an Expert of Technology, you’ll deliver technical work packages across areas such as: Endpoint Management Network Detection & Response Technical Compliance Defence Technologies Change Management Security Automation Key Responsibilities Service Desk Support: Independently manage and resolve Level 1–3 support tickets. Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues across systems and applications. Enterprise OS Support: Demonstrate proficiency in at least one enterprise OS (Windows, Linux, macOS). Endpoint & Network Security: Use PointWire’s preferred tools to ensure secure, compliant environments. Internal Projects: Contribute to process improvements and technical initiatives. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of systems, configurations, and procedures. Collaboration: Communicate clearly with colleagues, clients, and partners.
