My client is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join their Group Treasury function within a large, complex multinational organisation. This is a hands-on role where the successful candidate will support global treasury operations, contribute to liquidity strategy, and help drive continuous improvement across systems, forecasting, and reporting.
Job Description
The Senior Treasury Analyst will sit at the centre of daily treasury activity, working closely with group finance teams, shared service centres, senior stakeholders, and international banking partners. The position will oversee global cash management, support foreign exchange execution, and play a key role in the monthly intercompany netting cycle and treasury reporting processes. This role offers strong visibility across the business with the opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
3. Manage daily global cash positioning and support the execution of FX transactions.
4. Refine and maintain short-term and medium-term cash flow forecasts.
5. Lead the monthly intercompany netting process and support intercompany lending arrangements.
6. Partner with shared service centres and group finance teams to ensure smooth treasury operations.
7. Liaise with banking partners to support relationship management and operational requirements.
8. Contribute to treasury reporting, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
9. Support compliance activities and ensure treasury policies and procedures are followed.
10. Drive improvements to treasury systems, tools, and reporting capabilities.
The Successful Applicant
11. Experience working in a treasury role within a multinational organisation.
12. Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability.
13. Working knowledge of Treasury Management Systems (e.g., IT2, Kyriba, Quantum) and ERP platforms (ideally SAP).
14. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
15. Degree educated, with interest in pursuing treasury or finance qualifications such as the AMCT.
16. Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
