As a Telesales Executive at firmus energy, youll be part of a team thats all about hitting targets and growing together. Whether youve got experience in sales, customer retention, or any other target-driven role, this could be your chance to shine and grow in a fast-paced environment What Youll Need to Succeed: Experience:Minimum 12 months in sales or target-driven roles. E.g.: call centre, or another customer-facing roles (required) Proven Success:Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets in a similar role Customer Focus:Experience in selling to a diverse customer base Mindset:Positive, competitive, and self-motivated with a drive to consistently deliver results Accountability:Strong sense of personal ownership and a proactive approach to performance management Key Responsibilities: Conduct both outbound and in-bound sales calls to current and prospective customers Manage and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs as agreed with your line manager Track and analyse customer acquisition metrics Handle objections professionally to secure successful outcomes Provide ad-hoc customer service over the phone and support additional sales initiatives as needed Package on offer: £35K OTE.
