Salary: Up to £65,000 plus bonus

The role:
Lead a high-volume site, setting the tone on the floor and driving a strong service culture
Take full ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth, efficient service at all times
Manage and develop a large team, building energy, accountability, and consistency
Deliver against budgets, P&L, and KPIs with a clear focus on profitability
Maintain high standards across food, drink, and guest experience in a commercially tight environment
Oversee late-night trade, ensuring standards remain high from open to close
The person:
Proven experience as a General Manager within a high-volume, quality-led restaurant
Strong commercial awareness - confident managing budgets, P&L, and performance metrics
A hands-on leader who leads from the front and builds high-performing teams
Passionate about food, drink, and delivering a strong guest experience
Calm under pressure, with the ability to manage a busy and demanding service
Comfortable running neighbourhood operations and the community that comes along with this
WSET Level 2 or strong drinks knowledge is an advantage
