* Flexibility to work weekends is requires

Key Job Details
* Pay: £22.50–£24.00 + paid handover and paid breaks
* Hours: Full-time, 36.75 hours per week
* Shifts: Nights only, 3 shifts per week
* Shift times: 19:45–08:00
* Contract: Permanent

What You’ll Need
* Active NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
* Proven post-registration experience in a nursing home or hospital setting
* Confidence working nights with responsibility for clinical oversight
* Strong medication management and care planning skills
* Experience with wound management, PEG feeds, and syringe drivers
* Dementia care experience
* Familiarity with electronic care record systems
What You’ll Do
* Lead overnight clinical care and decision-making
* Manage medication rounds safely and accurately
* Maintain and update care plans and clinical documentation
* Provide wound care, PEG feeding, syringe driving, and related interventions
* Monitor residents’ condition and respond to changes appropriately
* Deliver clear, thorough handovers to the day team
