4Leisure are currently looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join a busy leisure facility in North London. This is a temporary, full-time position with an immediate start.
Role Overview:
The Duty Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment. You will supervise staff, manage incidents, and uphold the highest standards in health and safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Daily operational management of the facility
* Supervision and support of front-line staff
* Ensuring smooth shift transitions and staff handovers
* Monitoring and maintaining site cleanliness and safety standards
* Managing incident reports and administering first aid when necessary
* Ensuring compliance with all operational procedures and industry regulations
Essential Requirements:
1. Valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
2. Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
