Job Description
As Head of HR, you will be responsible for;
3. Direct and indirect line management of a large team
4. Fully responsibility for effective running of HR and Payroll department for this site
5. Escalation point for complex casework
6. Lead on Union relationships including pay negotiations
7. Partner site leadership team providing strategic and operational advise and guidance
8. Lead on projects for the site around engagement, talent etc
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will;
9. Have a proven track record operating in a fast paced FMCG, Manufacturing, Logistics or industrial environment
10. Worked at senior level
11. Proven track record negotiating with Unions
12. Able to operate at a strategic and operational level
13. Commutable to Scunthorpe, 5 days per week
14. CIPD Qualified
