About the Role
Join our team at Vertu Mazda Redditch as a Senior Vehicle Technician. We offer a basic salary between £35,000 - £41,000, based on skills and experience, for a 40-hour work week. Saturdays are paid as overtime, with additional over-performance bonuses.
Responsibilities
* Perform diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on customer vehicles.
* Use your technical expertise to ensure efficiency and quality workmanship.
* Liaise with service advisors, customers, and management to deliver excellent customer service.
* Achieve first-time fixes and uphold quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills
* Relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3).
* Current experience as a Vehicle Technician.
* MOT license preferred but not essential.
* Own set of tools.
* Full UK driving license.
