Key Responsibilities: * Filing, data entry, general administrative duties * Answering and handling telephone calls professionally, directing inquiries as needed * Assisting with basic financial tasks, such as invoice processing, petty cash management, and maintaining the cash book * Supporting payroll processes, including timesheet management * Booking accommodation and handling related travel arrangements * Tea and coffee making to support office hospitality * Supporting purchase ledger processes, supplier statements and invoice reconciliation * Handling correspondence and document management Requirements: * Strong attention to detail administration and organization skills * Basic understanding of financial processes (e.g., cash book, payroll, petty cash, purchase ledger, expenses) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Please do not delay in applying
