Overview
Brighton Beach House is set on the seafront with views of the pier and features Art Deco interiors, a rooftop terrace and a pool. The club menu focuses on seafood while the dining room serves Mediterranean-inspired dishes. The club also includes fitness facilities such as free weights, cardio areas, a sauna and steam room.
The Role
Chef de Partie to join our team at Brighton Beach House (BN2 1AY). Your main responsibility is to ensure the food we deliver to our members is of the highest quality. This includes preparing food before service, setting up and stocking kitchen stations and plating to company standards.
What We Are Looking For
* 1-2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile kitchen
* Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
* Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
* Sense of urgency
* Yes, yes, yes mentality
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
* Flexible and available to work both opening and closing shifts when required
* If you don’t have previous experience but want to learn how to be a Chef in the future, try applying to a Kitchen Porter position instead
