About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our students' learning, development, and independence. You will work closely with teachers and therapists, implementing tailored educational and therapeutic programmes in a dynamic and rewarding setting. Our approach focuses on embedded therapies, life skills development, and community access, all within our beautiful 22-acre site.
We are looking for individuals who: Hold GCSE qualifications in Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent. Have proven experience supporting young people with Autism Spectrum Conditions. Are resilient, patient, and possess a genuine desire to make a positive impact. Can work effectively as part of a collaborative team. Are committed to our inclusive and supportive ethos, welcoming students and staff of all faiths and none.
