About the role:
You will need suitable experience of working with children in a group care setting and be able to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of childcare, development and behaviour. You will sound have knowledge of how to provide opportunities for children to learn through play experiences and supporting children to develop at their own pace
You should be hard working, dedicated, caring and enjoy working with young children in a challenging but rewarding team environment. You need good communication skills both written and verbal and be committed to work flexibly within the high standards expected in our setting.
