TSASurveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint Stock Condition Surveyors on a 3 MONTH CONTRACT starting in JAN 2025.
All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software.
* Outside IR35 role. Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks.
* Over 4000 properties to be surveyed - STOCK CONDITION AND EPC.
* MUST BE A QUALIFIED DEA.
* Properties located in/around - BUCKINGHAMSHIRE, BEDFORDSHIRE, AND HERTFORDSHIRE.
* ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided, and letter of authority for door knocking properties.
* Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks by the client.
* 3 MONTH CONTRACT - possible extension.
