The successful candidate will take responsibility for a varied portfolio, managing a broad range of landlord and tenant matters including renewals, rent reviews, lease events and occupier liaison. Working closely with internal teams including accounts & facilities management, the role offers excellent exposure across all aspects of commercial asset management. This opportunity would suit a commercially minded surveyor who enjoys building relationships, negotiating effectively and taking ownership of their portfolio.
Salary circa £55,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
