Package Description
- £13.66 per hour
- Flexible working – Matchday, Non‑match day, evenings and weekends

Main Responsibilities
- Brief all your catering team prior to service.
- Complete stock sheets.
- Deal with customer complaints efficiently.
- Carry out stock checks at designated times.
- Monitor the service of all alcoholic beverages.
- Any other duty that is reasonably requested.

- Experience as a Team Leader is essential.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Friendly yet professional.
- Team player with the ability to resolve conflict and take criticism.
- Good attention to detail and punctuality.
