About the Role
The school is seeking a flexible Teaching Assistant (TA) for regular weekly work. The successful candidate will be expected to work across various phases, from the nursery and Key Stage 2 to the school’s Special Resource Base (SRB). The ability to work independently and adapt to different classroom environments is essential. This is a school where culture comes first, offering a supportive and welcoming atmosphere for all staff.
Key Requirements
Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification, or at least six months’ experience working with children in an educational setting
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
Experience providing one-to-one support for children with additional learning needs
