We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Blue Collar Construction team at ITS Building People in Southampton, specialising in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) recruitment.

The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage and grow your own M&E desk, specialising in temporary and contract placements across roles such as electricians, plumbers, mechanical mates, pipefitters etc.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
* Generating new business opportunities through outbound sales calls, networking, and client visits.
* Attracting skilled candidates through advertising, social media, and proactive resourcing.
* Working with a dedicated Resourcer to deliver quality placements efficiently.
* Meeting and exceeding sales and performance targets.
What We're Looking For
We're after someone who is:
* Energetic, driven, and ambitious.
* Experienced in recruitment (3+ years) - ideally within construction, M&E, or technical sectors.
* A natural relationship-builder with strong communication and sales skills.
* Motivated to grow their desk and progress quickly.
* A driver with a full UK licence (essential).
