UK & Ireland coverage - £38-42k + overtime + car/car allowance (£5500) + bonus = £60-65k+ package Samuel Frank is recruiting a Field Service Engineer to cover the UK & Ireland. We are looking for a Field Service Engineer with good electrical & instrumentation knowledge, who is skilled in fault finding on motors, fans, pumps, low voltage instrumentation, control loops, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting. Key aspects of the Field Service Engineer role include: Good electrical knowledge with experience of motors, pumps, fans, low voltage instrumentation & control loops Field Service Engineer must be willing to travel and spend time away from home
role could suit a skilled Maintenance Engineer who is willing to travel Perform testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Ideally have some PLC fault finding experience
not essential Qualified to at least HNC level Flexibility to work weekends Occasionally respond to emergency call-outs and resolve issues in a timely manner Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure equipment is operating at optimal performance x1.5 overtime pay on Saturdays and x2 overtime pay on Sundays. All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship & have a full UK driving licence Ideal places to live, in terms of reasonable travel time to most customers
