We are looking for a WORK EXPERIENCE person who is able to organise a YouTube series around issues of the day, based loosely on the books we publish. Guests include politicians, professors, lawyers, economists, labour organisers, authors, civil servants. The job includes contacting people and organising the event through zoom webinar and Eventbrite, with the recorded zoom event then uploaded to our YouTube channel. It involves designing posters and putting them on social media platforms with appropriate hashtags. The goal is to boost the number of YouTube subscribers. The WORK EXPERIENCE person should be well organised and self-disciplined. Be able to work in a team and yet operate independently. Be pleasant and interested in what we are doing. It is assumed that they can learn on the job the skills needed to organise these events, so we are looking for attitude and willingness and commitment.
