What Youll Do
As a Finance Assistant, youll play a key role in supporting smooth financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing and recording vendor invoices in line with company policies.
* Ensuring accuracy across finance processes, including coding, timely payments and reconciliations.
* Preparing weekly vendor payments and processing company credit card statements.
* Posting and reconciling daily bank transactions.
* Investigating and resolving invoice or payment discrepancies.
* Supporting month-end close activities, including accruals and variance analysis.
* Assisting with supplier account reconciliations and preparing information for auditors.
* Completing additional finance and accounting tasks as needed.
About You
You’ll be a great match if you bring:
* 2+ years experience in finance, accounts payable or general accounting within a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to work independently.
* Good proficiency with Excel and experience using accounting software.
* Excellent communication skills for working with vendors, auditors and internal teams.
* A degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field (preferred).
