Overview
Events Host - Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire. You will be part of an events front of house team and help create memorable moments. We are recruiting for an Events Host to join our team at De Vere Tortworth Court in Wotton under Edge. This role offers flexible hours to suit, and would particularly welcome someone looking to work evenings and weekends to support weddings and larger functions. As an Events Host you will meet and welcome all our conference/events clients to help deliver a positive and memorable experience. You'll have ensured that all function rooms are set up correctly prior to arrival and will then coordinate any additional requirements with regards to the event booking such as timing changes, printing, bedroom check ins, luggage storage or transport for guests. You will also assist the Food & Beverage team with serving food and drink to meetings/clients as required.
Responsibilities
* Meet and welcome all conference/events clients to help deliver a positive and memorable experience.
* Ensure that all function rooms are set up correctly prior to arrival.
* Coordinate additional requirements for the event booking such as timing changes, printing, bedroom check-ins, luggage storage or transport for guests.
* Assist the Food & Beverage team with serving food and drink to meetings/clients as required.
