Adecco are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Homeless Intervention and Prevention Team Leader to join a South-London Local Authority on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. In this role, you will lead and improve the homelessness prevention service, ensuring financial efficiency and fostering strong partnerships. Homeless Intervention and Prevention Team Leader Public Sector - Local Authority Full Time - Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week Hybrid Working - 3 days in office however flexibility expected depending on service need Initially this role will be temporary via Adecco however after 3 months this will then transition to FTC directly with the client for a further 9 months possibly more depending on budget and service need ASAP startYou will be responsible for 6x Homeless Intervention and Prevention Officers as well as 2x Visiting Officers. Whilst temporary, the hourly rates are £25.86 per hour PAYE (or the Umbrella equivalent which is £34.24). Once FTC with the client, the salary is £48,531 per annum.
