Location: St Mary’s Hospital, Kettering, NN15 7PW
Contract: Permanent, Part-time (22.5 hours/week)
Salary: £62,215 - £72,293 per annum (pro rata), Band 8b

Role Overview
This role involves diagnostic assessment and treatment for neurodevelopmental conditions like ADHD, Autism, and Tourette's. We seek an experienced Principal Psychologist with a background in neurodevelopmental conditions and mental health to join our multidisciplinary team. The service offers specialist assessments, clinical treatments, and promotes neurodevelopmental understanding within mental health pathways.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide diagnostics and interventions for neurodevelopmental conditions
* Supervise clinical staff and contribute to service development
* Collaborate with primary and secondary care partners
* Develop innovative practices and monitor clinical outcomes
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified with appropriate UK professional registration
* Experience in diagnostics for neurodevelopmental conditions
* Supervision experience (desirable)
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
