We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst to support strategic change initiatives within our Corporate & Investment Banking division. This role is central to delivering full life cycle projects that strengthen operational efficiency, enhance risk and control frameworks, and drive transformation across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end project delivery across GCIB, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and governance requirements are met.
* Support the Programme Lead in coordinating and executing change initiatives.
* Ensure transparent reporting of risks, issues, and dependencies to senior stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain project plans, adjusting scope and priorities as needed.
* Produce high-quality, secure project documentation including business requirements, feasibility studies, and status updates.
* Partner with Front Office teams and collaborate across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Lines of Defense to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory expectations.
* Facilitate steering committees and cross-functional working groups.
* Define and deliver Target Operating Models (TOMs) across business areas.
Key Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in investment banking or management consulting.
* 4+ years of proven project management experience.
* 2+ years' experience in business analysis.
* Demonstrated delivery of Front Office change initiatives.
* Solid understanding of governance frameworks and the Three Lines of Defense model.
* Proven background in transformation and change management.
* Knowledge or experience with KYC projects.
* Familiarity with the full project life cycle, TOM design and implementation experience.
* Strong budgeting, prioritisation, and senior stakeholder relationship management.
