Our homes accommodate young people with social, emotional and mental health needs. Responsibilities
You’ll be part of taking care of our young people day to day, ensuring things run smoothly and creating lasting memories. As a team leader you will ensure the staff team is supported and the home operates to our high standards, prepared to deputise for the Registered and Deputy Managers. You should relate to and build relationships with young people, demonstrating compassion, emotional resilience and leadership that inspires colleagues.
You’ll start as a Team Leader with a four-week off-the-job training period through our Care Academy.

Requirements
* A ‘can do’ attitude and team player mindset

* Resilience to handle challenging situations
* Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
* Level 3 Children’s Residential Care qualification
